Use trusted source files. PDFs detected as having forms, signatures, annotations, embedded files, encryption, or active content are rejected rather than changed silently. Signature verification is not provided. Images keep their original pixels; very large, animated, or EXIF-rotated images are not supported. Keep every original and review every exported page.
Include plain-text correspondence
Paste an existing exchange exactly as recorded, including dates and participants. It will be clearly labeled as merchant-supplied text in the customer communication PDF. No email import or automatic verification. PDF text requires characters supported by the bundled font; right-to-left text is not supported.
